1. Reservation
1.1 By making a reservation on our website, you accept these general conditions of sale.
1.2 To book a stay, please provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal contact details, desired dates of stay, number of occupants, etc.

2. Payment, price, modification and cancellation
2.1 Payment for the stay is made according to the terms indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount, any service charges and the applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and modification conditions vary depending on the type of reservation and the rates selected.
2.2: Standard rate
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the start date of the stay.
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be taken at the time of booking.
- The balance, 70% of the total amount, will be taken 7 (seven) days before your arrival.
- A deposit of €250 will be blocked on your bank card on the day of your arrival.

For any changes concerning the number of people, or the dates of stay, contact us directly, we will try to satisfy you according to our availability.
⇒ Cancellation
No cancellation fees apply before 5:00 p.m. (local time), up to 7 days before arrival. Beyond this period, the amount of the reservation will be due in full.
Any cancellation made before this date will result in a refund of the payment made at the time of booking.
2.3: Non-cancellable price
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the start date of the stay.
100% of the amount will be charged upon your reservation
A deposit of €250 will be blocked on your bank card on the day of your arrival.

⇒ Cancellation
Any cancellation on your part will result in cancellation fees fully payable by the traveler, with no possibility of reimbursement. Cancellation fees correspond to the total amount of the reservation.
2.4 Additional charges, such as local taxes, service charges or security deposits, may apply. They will be clearly indicated when booking.
3. Arrival and departure policy
The room is available from 4:00 p.m. unless early check-in.
The room must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m., except in the case of late check-out (additional charges may apply).
4. Traveler Responsibilities
4.1 Guests are responsible for adhering to property rules and policies during their stay. At la JOLIE LONGERE FLEURIE we practice slow tourism, with a human face; respect for the place, the immediate neighbourhood or more distant, is necessary. Well behaved animals, are allowed. Parties, lively evenings and group gatherings are not, however. Smoking is permitted outdoors but not inside the accommodation. Boardgames (cards, chess, boards, etc.) and numerous books are available to visitors if they wish; it is requested to take care of them so that everyone can benefit from them. The swimming pool is accessible to everyone at any time of the day. Pool towels are provided. You are asked not to use glass containers around the swimming pool.
4.2 Travelers are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the traveler. However, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental.
4.3 Travelers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage.
5. Responsibilities of the establishment
5.1 Linen is provided for the duration of the stay and beds made on arrival. Any change of this linen, during the stay, at the request of visitors, will be charged in addition at the rate of 20 euros per double bed set and 10 euros per towel set. Breakfast is included. It includes a fresh fruit juice (made on site), a hot drink of your choice, Vendée brioche (local), bread (local), an egg (from Marans) of your choice, a cheese (local), butter (local), jam (homemade) and/or honey (from the village). Breakfast must be ordered the day before using the sheet available in each room. It will be brought either to the room or under the pergola, as desired and at the requested time (between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.).
5.2 We are committed to providing quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions or incidents beyond our control. Likewise, there is not necessarily a permanent presence on site throughout the day. Each guest can come and go as they please but any specific requests must be made at a time when we are present.
5.3 If there is a problem or complaint during your stay, please notify us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to remedy the situation.
