At la Jolie Longère Fleurie, you will find a small choice of local produce to buy on site:

homemade jam, various types of salt from the Ile de Ré, locally produced honey (Maison Cretet ), pâtés and terrines, homemade fig vinegar , etc. but we encourage you to go to the surrounding villages to discover the markets and shops, whether the Fermiers (farmers) du Marais Poitevin in Ferrières  or the Ferme d’Aunis in Surgères , the Aigrefeuille market, and of course those of La Rochelle or Rochefort. A feast for the eyes, the nose and of course the taste! You might also be interested in Laurette’s ostriches  in Marsilly, the goats of the Ouchettes cheese dairy in Aigrefeuille, the Cabanes des Biquettes (friendly name for goats) in Dompierre and the farm animals at the Grand Chemin farm , also in Dompierre.
